When looking at images from Dolce and Gabbana's fashion shows its clear that they try to be diverse through the range of models they use. In this article it states "With every age, gender, sexual orientation and more catered to, the Dolce & Gabbana show proved diversity was in its very DNA." With the article also starting with stating Dolce and Gabbana's work to become diverse when not all brand shave made that development. "With other cities falling woefully behind New York's diverse lead, Dolce & Gabbana has picked up much of the slack, with their show in Milan." Showing that within the fashion industry Dolce and Gabbana are doing well with the diversity front. The message behind them being diverse is "Dolce and Gabbana's simple message appeared to be that everyone looks good in D&G clothing - always have always will." presenting them is such a positive way to all their consumers and also potential consumers. Trying to create a brand image representing equality.

This articles headline reads " Inclusivity sells at Dolce and Gabbana's big, diverse, bedazzled family reunion." With the image below it is clear the wide range of people that took place within this fashion show making to become such a talked about event. "There's a real feeling of let's-come-together solidarity in Milan right now. Halima Aden, the first Muslim woman to walk a major runway show in a hijab, has been a breakout star." Dolce and Gabbana surprised everyone with this bold move to present that they are removing forward with becoming diverse and supporting equality. This instantly could've changed some peoples opinions on Dolce and Gabbana making them support the brand more than before or just support the movement they are making.

An article written by the Guardian headline states "Dolce and Gabbana: Milan fashion shows unlikely champions of diversity." Like it states in the headline it was not expected that Dolce and Gabbana especially would create a fashion show diverse and make a stand when doing so. Within the article it states " It would be hard to make a case for Dolce & Gabbana as being politically correct. The designers have defended Melania Trump’s choice of a $51,000 jacket, called IVF babies 'synthetic', and been accused of fat-shaming and cultural appropriation. Yet they have become Milan fashion week’s greatest champions of diversity.  Many were surprised at D&G's decision to do this show because of their previous actions which doesn't put them in the best light.

In the article it states "This was showcased on a broad range of characters: same-sex couples, babies in arms, a bride who wore white trainers under her frothy gown and gold headphones instead of a tiara. On the soundtrack was Luciano Pavarotti singing La Traviata, but the rapper Cardi B was guest of honour on the front row." This is a big movement for Dolce and Gabbana and it the right direction.
